The shift varies (6:00 AM–2:00 PM, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, or 8:00 AM–4:00 PM).This position provides assistance in all dietary functions as directed/instructed by the Chef. The assistant assembles prepared food and utensils on trays on the tray line. They are responsible for set-up and clean-up of the glasses, dishware and silverware used for meal service for all dining rooms.
