Quality Life Services - Chicora is looking for a Receptionist . This position is an hourly entry-level position but would also be ideal for someone with administrative, receptionist, and/or customer services experience.

Responsibilities

• Answering all incoming calls and directing calls as needed

• Placing office supply orders and managing supply inventory

• Responsible for managing all incoming and outgoing company mail

• Scheduling company virtual meetings and sending out meeting links

• Managing meeting room reservations

• Distributing intercompany courier bags

• Assisting with other administrative and receptionist tasks as assigned
