We are partnering with a growing organization seeking a hands-on Controller to lead day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting. This individual will oversee the close process, manage a small accounting team, improve processes and controls, and serve as a key business partner to executive leadership.Responsibilities include managing month-end close, preparing financial statements, overseeing reconciliations and general ledger activity, maintaining internal controls, supporting audits, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency across the accounting function.Qualified candidates will have progressive accounting leadership experience, a strong understanding of GAAP, experience managing staff, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
